The Operations Engineer 1 will be responsible for execution of audit evidence tasks, working closely with Operations Engineer 2s and the Operations Engineer Manager. This role provides the foundation for career growth into senior audit enablement roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute audit evidence collection tasks assigned by OEM or OE2.
• Maintain logs, reports, and basic audit artifacts.
• Participate in health monitoring of backup and archival systems.
• Assist in remediation tracking and gap closure.
• Learn and adopt automation tools and SOPs under guidance of senior engineers.
• Document recurring tasks and share learnings with the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure/operations roles.
• Domain skills required: Linux, Network, any coding language, DB basic.
• Basic understanding of system monitoring, backups, and reporting.
• Ability to follow structured SOPs and execute repetitive tasks reliably.
• Strong willingness to learn automation and audit processes.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
