The Community You Will Join:
The Production Coordinator will be an integral member of the Airbnb Scaled Ops Department. This specialized team encompasses a broad spectrum of creative disciplines, including design, photography, and video, dedicated to maintaining and promoting the visual identity of the brand.

A collaborative attitude, empathy, and a resolute focus are essential qualities, to ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of production and with stakeholders.
A Typical Day:
• Deliver assignment feedback to photographers based on editor’s notes
• Track the delivery of appearance releases and ensure they are in the proper folders
• Recruit photographers in high priority markets where we are unable to meet photoshoot demand
• Negotiate additional travel compensation with photographers in order to encourage them to accept assignments outside of their market coverage.
• Carefully review host feedback received via email and the NPS form, and ensure action is being taken on every assignment.
• Identify themes in both photographer and host feedback to go back into our training and prep materials.
• Oversee our 'waitlist queue’ which accounts for assignments that are not being accepted by photographers.
• Monitor ‘declined’ assignments and remove photographers from the program who are habitually refusing assignments, or confirm with them via email if they’d like to stay engaged.
• Help ensure a smooth production process for higher end shoots that are being photographed by Creative team photographers.
• Provider supervisory support to our CS team
• Provide progress updates to Media Ops, vendors, and stakeholders. Engage with external partners and agencies as required by project demands.
Your Expertise:
• 6+ years working in Creative Production: product, film, photography
• Familiarity with the freelancer community and an understanding of their experiences
• Solution-focused with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills. Experience with Salesforce and
