What You Will Be Doing
• Manage the ServiceNow ticket queue for the APJ region
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and benefits administration, ensuring a smooth and proficient experience.
• Proactively identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing processes to decrease ticket volume
• Assist with the documentation and efficiency of core HR operations processes through knowledge articles and internal playbooks
• Serve as a key leader and trusted partner with various cross-functional teams to execute programs and policies at scale
• Navigate and manage employee inquiries and ensure full resolution of problems while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction through precision, timely, and employee-centric support
• Understand our broader HR strategy and processes to architect, develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to our business needs
