We operate a bottom-up enterprise sales model, helping many small, successful customers evolve into large-scale, strategic partnerships. We serve as a key voice of the customer, helping shape product development while removing technical, educational, and competitive barriers to growth.
We’re looking for a Corporate Account Executive to join our UK/I team—someone who is driven, adaptable, and willing to take smart risks. This role will be instrumental in fuelling Asana’s revenue engine through innovation, energy, and execution. You'll join a talented and collaborative team focused on helping current and future customers realise the full potential of Asana and Work Management.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays , and Fridays depend on your role and the needs of the teams you partner with. What You’ll Achieve:
• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of corporate customers as their primary point of contact.
• Hunt, manage, and close both new and expansion opportunities within your book of business.
• Cultivate customer champions to unlock growth across new teams and departments.
• Engage with executive and IT stakeholders to drive wall-to-wall Asana deployments.
• Advocate for productivity and collaboration transformation across UK/I organisations through modern work management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Execute a clear, data-driven quarterly plan focused on revenue growth in your territory.
• Pilot and refine new processes that can be scaled across Asana globally.
About You:
• Strong prospecting skills and a proven track record of building pipeline in the UK/I region.
• Demonstrated success with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger).
• Experienced in winning new business and expanding existing customers in competitive environments.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and integrity in customer interactions.
• Proficient in managing full sales cycles, from initial outreach to close. Comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver results across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Goal-oriented and proactive, with the ability to set and execute against clear business priorities.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
