Director, Global Safety Regulatory Compliance

matchgroup · Dublin, Ireland · Full-time

About this role

Know where you belong!   Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Hinge, Match, Meetic, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, The League, HER, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our products - it’s the foundation of every team we hire.   When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our office 3 days/week.

About the Role We're seeking a Director, Global Safety Regulatory Compliance to spearhead Match Group's efforts to ensure portfolio-wide corporate compliance with global regulations focused on online trust and safety. Sitting on the central Trust & Safety team, this role develops solutions for evolving regulatory requirements, leads cross-functional compliance programs, and serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries related to trust and safety. You'll work closely with a wide array of stakeholders - Legal, Privacy, Government Relations, Communications, Product Management, and T&S stakeholders to translate regulatory developments into action. You will oversee transparency reporting and other required disclosures, initiatives around critical safety matters like age assurance and countering NCII, and manage a team contributing to these efforts. This role requires strong analytical judgment, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and comfort operating as the bridge between regulators, internal governance stakeholders, and product teams.
