About your skills
• Exceptional business judgement and a proven ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in fast-moving deal environments.
• Executive-level communication skills: able to distill complex issues into clear, actionable guidance and influence stakeholders from SMB to large enterprise and C-suite.
• A track record of using approved AI tools to increase legal productivity, and staying current on AI governance obligations.

You will serve as a strategic legal partner to our go-to-market teams — driving complex deal negotiations, building scalable contracting frameworks, and fuelling our expansion with enterprise clients and organisations across all market segments.
• This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role for a commercially sharp, privacy-fluent lawyer who thrives in fast-paced, technology-forward environments. You will guide sophisticated transactions across diverse industries and jurisdictions, providing strategic counsel on the commercial and regulatory dimensions of AI platform deployment.
