As an Instructional Designer , you will craft and refine impactful learning content and facilitator materials to upskill global teams across all international markets. Serving as a cornerstone for capability building, you will drive training excellence in Customer Service, Retention, Product, System, and Technical operations across the HF Brand umbrella, and contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
• Instructional Design & Content Creation: Apply core ID frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) to build slide packs, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides for global staff.
• Program Maintenance & Needs Analysis: Lead onboarding, upskilling, and cross-training initiatives while conducting proactive needs analyses to spot gaps and update outdated materials.
• Evaluation & Optimization: Measure program success using frameworks like Kirkpatrick’s model to continuously improve classroom and remote learning.
• Enablement & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with knowledge management and training leads to execute global rollouts, manage training resource catalogs, and run train-the-trainer coaching.
• Reporting & Cross-Functional Support: Deliver weekly performance and project updates to leadership while leveraging graphic design skills to support marketing and website collateral.
What you’ll bring
• Adult Learning & ID Mastery: At least 2 years of experience in adult learning principles and core instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).
• Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholders alongside confident, articulate, and professional communication abilities.
• Technical & Analytical Proficiency: High computer literacy and strong analytical skills, with specific experience using Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Product & Systems Knowledge: Capability to build an in-depth understanding of company products and operational systems across international markets.
• Customer Experience Focus: Dedication to upholding high customer service standards, ensuring excellent customer interaction principles are embedded in all learning programs.
