About this role
We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our Global HR team, based in Singapore and overseeing our markets in JAPAC. Working closely with the HRBP for SAMEA & JAPAC, this role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering with business leaders to shape our people strategy locally while ensuring a high-quality, consistent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will support all stages of the employee lifecycle including delivery of employee onboarding, facilitating training, Workday processing, working to resolve employee queries, managing employee relations cases, and managing local benefits. As part of a global HR community, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employment Legal, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and other partners to deliver a world-class employee support to the JAPAC market
