About the Team
Postman's EMEA Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to building exceptional teams. We are a collaborative, high-performing group that works in close partnership with business leaders and recruiters to proactively identify and engage the talent that will drive Postman's next phase of growth across the region.
The Opportunity
As a Sourcer on our EMEA team, you will be the engine behind our talent pipelines — identifying, engaging, and qualifying exceptional candidates across a wide range of roles and functions. This is a pivotal role for someone who is passionate about finding talent others can't, crafting compelling outreach, and turning data into sourcing strategy.
What You'll Do
• Partner closely with EMEA recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for open and pipeline roles across engineering, product, sales, and support functions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, talent databases, professional communities, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates before requisitions open.
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to assess interest, fit, and availability — delivering well-qualified, well-briefed candidates to the recruiting team.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics including outreach response rates, pipeline conversion, and time-to-slate to continuously improve approach and effectiveness.
• Stay current on EMEA talent market dynamics, competitor hiring activity, and regional compensation trends to inform sourcing strategy.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by crafting compelling, personalized outreach messages that resonate with diverse candidate personas across EMEA markets.
About You
• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported EMEA hiring across multiple countries and functions.
