Senior Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Complex and high-visibility design execution across editorial (e.g, case studies, reports, feature content), brand systems (identity and templates, including spatial/event brand application), and promotional/campaign design (social, launch, and conversion-driven work)
• Creative ownership for an assigned Creative Duo (Internal Comms & Employer Brand, or External Comms)
• Peer mentorship and craft bar-setting within the design pod
• Independently scope, design, and deliver complex projects to brief
• Serve as the design half of an assigned Creative Duo, owning that stakeholder group's creative needs end-to-end
• Give and receive craft feedback within the design pod and content studio
• Proactively flag capacity constraints to the Design Lead
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand design system

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in brand or graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across editorial design, brand systems and promotional design
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships directly while maintaining accountability and collaboration with team members
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy within a clear framework
