That’s why TLDR is the best way to stay current on what truly matters in tech. 💪Team: Our 26-person full time team includes alumni of TikTok, Business Insider, Morning Brew, and other top media brands. 📈Traction: We doubled our revenue from 2024 to 2025 and are looking to double revenue again in 2026. We are supported by advertisers who want to reach tech’s decision makers, including AWS, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Slack, Notion, and GitHub. About the Role In this role, you will: Own and drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end across any function. Scope deliverables, set milestones, manage dependencies across teams, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and quality standards. Structure ambiguous problems into clear analyses and action plans. You're the person who builds the model, frames the trade-offs, and delivers a recommendation. Help design and run the company's operating cadences — reporting cycles, planning processes, review rhythms. Identify where process is missing or breaking and stand up lightweight systems before problems compound
