You will serve as the technical backbone of Caul Group's revenue operations, taking ownership of systems integration, automation architecture, and operational efficiency. Your core mandate: audit existing technology stack for redundancies and gaps, then build permanent infrastructure solutions that eliminate recurring manual work.
Key responsibilities include:
• Design and deploy integrations between critical platforms (CRM, lead management, marketing automation, transaction management) using APIs, Zapier, and custom workflows
• Create attribution and pipeline architecture that tracks lead journey from initial touchpoint through closed deal
• Build automated reporting and intelligence systems that surface actionable insights to teams
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to translate campaign data into operational metrics
• Establish monitoring and documentation standards to ensure system reliability
• Identify emerging automation opportunities across departments without waiting for requests
You should have hands-on experience building integrations in modern tech stacks, solid understanding of API-driven workflows, and proven ability to ship solutions independently. Real estate or SaaS operations background is valuable. Candidates must be based in Latin America, with preference for Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia.
