AutoHDR seeks a Customer Retention Specialist to reduce churn and maximize lifetime value across our rapidly expanding customer base. You'll be the frontline advocate for photographers and editing services relying on our platform daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily outreach campaigns to customers experiencing service issues or quality concerns, diagnosing problems and positioning solutions before they consider alternatives
- Conduct structured re-engagement calls with churned accounts, gathering competitive intelligence and rebuilding confidence in the platform
- Monitor real-time quality metrics and proactively contact affected users with remediation steps and product roadmap insights
- Design and test retention frameworks using customer data, measuring success through reduced cancellation rates and increased account engagement
- Maintain accurate tracking systems ensuring zero missed follow-ups on at-risk accounts
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in real estate photography or professional image editing services
- Technical familiarity with HDR or advanced lighting techniques used in property marketing
- Native-level English communication with clear phone presence
