Your Role:
You'll lead end-to-end technical ownership of ambitious AI initiatives. This includes architecting production systems, making critical design choices on model selection and deployment strategies, and guiding implementations from conception through scaling. You'll work within compact, senior-level teams (typically 3–5 engineers) where your voice shapes outcomes. Collaboration with founders, CTOs, and product stakeholders is central—translating technical capability into business value.
You're a fit if you have:
- 4+ years shipping production AI/ML systems in real-world settings
- Deep expertise in at least one domain: large language models, computer vision, NLP, or ML infrastructure
- Track record building or scaling enterprise AI solutions
- Comfort balancing architectural rigor with pragmatic delivery
- Genuine interest in selecting only projects that align with your growth
Compensation is $120–$170 per hour with biweekly payments. You retain earnings entirely—no platform markup. The network attracts engineers from leading AI labs, major tech companies, and unicorn startups.
