Join Webflow's legal team as Associate General Counsel for Privacy & Product, overseeing legal strategy across data protection, AI governance, and product compliance. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership to embed privacy-first thinking into the platform while maintaining operational velocity. Key responsibilities include: developing and refining privacy policies and data handling procedures; advising on AI-related legal risks and responsible deployment; ensuring global regulatory alignment (GDPR, CCPA, emerging frameworks); managing third-party vendor compliance; and supporting product launches with legal vetting. You'll be a strategic advisor—not just a gatekeeper—helping teams understand legal constraints while identifying pathways to ship responsibly.
