You'll partner with a growing sales organization and leverage support from Webflow's North American marketing team while maintaining autonomy in a rapidly expanding market. Ideal candidates combine event expertise, regional market knowledge, and the initiative to create scalable go-to-market playbooks.

Job Description

As Webflow's inaugural field marketing leader for the EMEA region, you will design and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy centered on events, partnerships, and community engagement. Your responsibilities include: developing a regional event calendar aligned with sales priorities; managing relationships with industry conferences, meetups, and community organizers; creating marketing collateral and campaign assets specific to European audiences; coordinating with the London-based sales and marketing teams to ensure GTM alignment; and tracking KPIs to demonstrate program ROI and inform strategy iterations. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, test new channels, and build systems that scale across multiple markets and time zones. Working 2-3 days weekly from the London office, you'll maintain strong collaboration while leveraging flexibility for on-site events and regional travel. This permanent role offers the rare opportunity to shape Webflow's European presence during a critical growth phase, with backing from an established NA events infrastructure and a talented cross-functional support network.
