If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing logistics and partnerships, and want to build scalable go-to-market programs from the ground up, this is your opportunity. You'll work alongside experienced marketers who prioritize both execution excellence and creative problem-solving—perfect for someone ready to own projects end-to-end and develop expertise in enterprise event strategy.

Job Description

Join Webflow's Events and Brand Marketing division in a newly created role designed to support the expansion of regional marketing campaigns and conference activations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness in key markets. Your responsibilities will include: managing event logistics and vendor relationships; coordinating pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up workflows; supporting both in-person conferences and virtual engagement programs; tracking campaign performance metrics and reporting on ROI; and identifying opportunities to optimize program effectiveness. This role offers mentorship from seasoned marketing professionals and exposure to strategic planning processes. You'll develop skills in project management, stakeholder coordination, marketing operations, and data analysis. The ideal candidate brings organizational excellence, communication skills, ability to juggle multiple timelines, and genuine enthusiasm for Webflow's mission to democratize web development.
