In this position, you'll take ownership of Webflow's cloud infrastructure foundation, supporting mission-critical services that power over 2 million creators worldwide. Your key responsibilities include: architecting and maintaining compute resources, Kubernetes clusters, and inter-service networking across AWS and GCP environments; implementing robust security controls through identity management and permission scoping that balance protection with engineering velocity; designing network systems that enable reliable, low-latency communication between platform components; and leading cloud cost optimization initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities and right-sizing resource allocation. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve infrastructure capabilities as Webflow scales. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code practices, Kubernetes operations, and networking fundamentals. You should be comfortable making architectural decisions that affect millions of users, enjoy mentoring junior engineers, and stay current with cloud platform developments. This full-time, permanent role is based remotely in Argentina, offering flexibility within a high-performing, trust-driven organization.
