You'll own the complete lifecycle of Webflow's enterprise AI technology infrastructure, from discovery and requirement-gathering through deployment and optimization. Your responsibilities include: mapping business problems to AI solutions, designing systems that enable cross-functional teams to leverage AI safely and effectively, establishing best practices and governance models for AI tool adoption, partnering with engineering and product teams to evaluate and integrate AI capabilities, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. You'll work directly with stakeholders across the organization to understand their operational pain points, translate those into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that accelerate decision-making and execution. The ideal candidate brings experience managing complex business systems, translating ambiguous requirements into concrete deliverables, and building frameworks that scale across multiple teams and use cases.
