You'll architect and maintain the backbone of their digital platform—managing databases and infrastructure at scale. Join Webflow's Data Stores team to oversee the performance, availability, and scalability of mission-critical database systems including MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Your responsibilities will include: developing database architecture strategies, optimizing query performance, and establishing best practices for connection management and indexing. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate new database requirements, support product launches, and resolve bottlenecks blocking development velocity. Design and build Infrastructure as Code solutions to streamline database provisioning, patch management, backup procedures, and recovery protocols. Take ownership of performance investigations, lead technical root-cause analyses when incidents occur, and implement long-term solutions that prevent recurrence. Establish operational standards and safety mechanisms that allow teams to operate databases confidently at scale. This is a permanent, full-time role based remotely from Argentina, offering the chance to be an early member of Webflow's new regional office.
