Ora Gupo is hiring a Lead Video Editor to own our video output from raw footage to final cut. You'll set the creative bar, edit with strong pacing and story, and produce content built for how people actually watch today. What You'll Do • Lead editing and post-production across projects • Craft platform-native content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) • Apply motion graphics, color, and sound design • Maintain a consistent, high-quality creative standard • Manage timelines and deliver on deadline What We're Looking For • A strong showreel (share it when you apply) • Mastery of Premiere Pro and After Effects • A real sense of story, rhythm, and sound • Leadership instinct and reliable turnaround Nice to Have • Experience leading other editors • Brand or campaign video background Job Details Employment: Flexible / Remote Department: Creative / Production Compensation: ₦250,000 – ₦500,000
