Duties and Responsibilities: Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/ services. Has thorough knowledge of the RingCentral product and administration portal. Identifies customer challenges and future needs and recommends the best RingCentral solutions to solve them. Manages the end-to-end customer journey post-implementation, focusing on seamless onboarding, continuous education, and renewal execution.
