<p>Wing is seeking a <strong>Senior Strategic Partner Manager</strong><strong> </strong>to join our <strong>Partnerships</strong> team. This role is <strong>based remotely in the United States</strong>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In this role, you will be the <strong>strategic, collaborative, and highly analytical quarterback</strong> for our top-tier enterprise partnerships. You will <strong>own the post-sign relationship</strong> by driving deep partner integration, joint business planning, operational excellence, and <strong>contract expansions</strong>. We are looking for an <strong>entrepreneurial owner</strong> who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and <strong>proactively solve operational bottlenecks</strong>. You will <strong>act as the bridge</strong> between Wing’s technology and our partners' real-world operations to deliver long-term value.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Cultivate &amp; Own Enterprise Relationships</strong>: Serve as the trusted, primary adviser for executive stakeholders across key verticals, including Retail, QSR, and emerging sectors.</li>

<li><strong>Drive Strategic Account Growth</strong>: Identify and execute expansion opportunities (e.g., new locations, new product categories, marketing initiatives etc.) within your existing portfolio to drive mutual volume and revenue growth.</li>

<li><strong>Project Manage Launches &amp; Integrations</strong>: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new partner locations or services, ensuring a seamless operational transition for both the partner and Wing.</li>

<li><strong>Negotiate &amp; Renew Agreements</strong>: Navigate complex contract renewals and commercial restructures to ensure a win-win partnership design.</li>

<li><strong>Translate Data into Action</strong>: Gather and analyze performance insights, consumer behavior, and operational metrics to lead regular, data-driven business reviews (QBRs) with partners.

<li>Advocate Internally &amp; Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with internal Wing teams to champion your partners’ needs:</li>

<li>Product &amp; Hardware/Software: Deliver structured partner feedback to shape our product roadmap.</li>

<li>Operations: Ensure day-to-day delivery meets or exceeds partner commitments and SLAs.</li>

<li>Marketing: Co-design promotional campaigns to drive customer adoption.</li>

<li>Legal &amp; Finance: Manage ongoing commercial compliance and contract adjustments.</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<li>8+ years of experience in strategic account management, partner success, management consulting, or strategic partnerships, ideally within last-mile logistics, retail, QSR, or technology sectors.</li>

<li>Proven success managing, retaining, and expanding complex, multi-million dollar enterprise accounts and executive relationships.</li>
