As the Senior Director, Procurement, you'll help shape how GitLab builds and scales procurement in a fast-growing, all-remote company. In this role, you'll create and manage a procurement strategy that supports company goals while improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and building clear, practical processes that work across teams. You'll guide policies, systems, and purchase controls that support responsible growth, and you'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to make procurement a trusted, effective function. This role is a strong fit for someone who can balance strategy and execution, strengthen team performance, and build a procurement organization that delivers consistency, speed, and sound judgment.
