PBV · Credential Terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern your enrollment in any PBV credential program. By enrolling, you agree to the conditions below.
1. What you're paying for
A PBV credential program includes:
- Lifetime access to course content for the track you enrolled in
- One initial exam attempt
- For tracks at Associate and above with the full tier: one capstone review
- Issuance of a verified, tamper-evident credential PDF if you complete all requirements
- A permanent verification page anyone can use to confirm your credential
2. All sales are final
PBV credential payments are non-refundable. This includes the initial enrollment fee, retake fees, and any related charges.
Once payment is confirmed, you receive immediate, lifetime access to the course content. Because access is granted instantly and consumable digital content cannot be returned, we do not issue refunds for any reason — including failure to pass the exam, choice not to complete the program, or change of mind.
Please review the syllabus carefully before enrolling. By proceeding to payment, you confirm that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.
3. Exam attempts and retakes
Your initial enrollment includes one exam attempt. If you do not pass on the first attempt:
- You may pay a retake fee of ₦2,000 for each additional attempt
- You are limited to a maximum of 3 retakes per enrollment
- After the 3rd retake, a 30-day cooldown applies before further attempts unlock
- After the cooldown, the retake counter resets and you may purchase additional retakes
- Retake fees are also non-refundable
4. Capstone submissions (full tier only)
If you enrolled in the full tier of an Associate, Professional, or Specialty track, your credential requires a capstone submission in addition to passing the exam.
- You may submit your capstone any time after passing the exam
- Reviewers respond within 5 business days
- If revisions are requested, you may re-submit at no extra cost
- If your capstone is rejected, your credential will not be issued and the program ends
- Capstone reviews are subjective; we do not guarantee approval
5. Credential authenticity
Each issued PBV credential includes a unique ID, a tamper-evident cryptographic signature, a QR code, and a Code-128 barcode. The signature is generated using a server-side secret key; tampering with any field on the certificate invalidates the signature.
Anyone can verify a credential at pbridgeco.com/verify. PBV reserves the right to revoke credentials in cases of demonstrated fraud, plagiarism, or other violations of these terms.
6. Conduct during examinations
By starting an exam, you agree to:
- Complete the exam yourself, without assistance from any other person
- Not share exam questions or answers with any third party
- Not use unauthorized reference materials beyond what the exam permits
- Not attempt to circumvent the timer, randomization, or anti-cheating measures
We log IP addresses, user agents, tab-switch events, and submission timestamps for every attempt. Suspicious patterns may result in score invalidation and credential revocation, with no refund.
7. Capstone integrity
Your capstone submission must be your own original work, using the datasets and prompts provided in the course. Plagiarism, AI-generated submissions presented as your own, or work substantially copied from other sources will result in automatic rejection and may lead to permanent platform suspension. No refund applies in such cases.
8. Course updates
PBV may update course content, exam questions, and capstone briefs at any time. Your enrolled track may receive minor updates without notice; substantial revisions to the curriculum will be announced. Your credential remains valid even after curriculum updates.
9. Disputes
If you believe your exam was scored incorrectly or your capstone was reviewed unfairly, contact credentials@pbridgeco.com within 14 days of receiving the result. Our team will respond within 5 business days. Decisions on disputes are final.
10. Limitation of liability
PBV credentials are signals of competency. They are not a guarantee of employment, professional licensure, or any specific career outcome. Career success depends on many factors beyond a single credential, and PBV makes no warranty regarding such outcomes.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes apply only to enrollments made after the change date — your existing enrollment is governed by the terms that were in force when you enrolled.
