Factor Canada is looking for an Inventory Manager to manage our inventory accuracy, warehouse processes and controls in our two DCs and 3PLs. In the Supply Chain team, and working closely with the DC warehousing teams, staging teams and production, your focus is to set up and execute a robust inventory process to ensure all direct materials inventory movements, quantities, and quality are tracked accurately at all times.

• Set up a robust inventory management and movement process fitting into the Factor Canada’s growing business needs, providing the accurate visibility to upstream and downstream teams.
• Drive change management in DC warehousing and staging teams on of the processes and SOP, lead in setting up RACI and change management.
• Own and drive the inventory related targets and drive efficiency, including but not limited to working capital target, cycle count accuracy, space utilization across the network.
• Investigate weekly inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and provide explanations and corrective actions to inventory variances, drive continuous improvement not only in weekly actions as well as long term process improvements.
• Support the DC warehousing and staging teams to maintain real-time and accurate inventory records and visibility by ensuring SOPs and controls are executed in all warehouse activities and material flow.
• Support tech and tool launches related to inventory management.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance of warehouse and inventory processes and procedures in the DCs.
• Support other projects as assigned.

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for:
• 4+ years inventory, warehousing, manufacturing and/or supply chain experience with a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. Used to working in a high pressure, fast paced, and constantly changing environment

• Professional certifications and/or licenses with Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Availability to work flexible schedules and cold facilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
