You searched for “apply for jobs for me”

Your job search, handled while you get on with life

Searching and applying properly takes many hours every week. Most people with a full-time job, a family or a degree to finish do not have that time, so applications get rushed or skipped.

With PBridge you approve the roles and we do the applying in Canada. You spend a few minutes a week on your dashboard instead of your evenings on job portals.

A few minutes a week

Review your weekly role list, approve the ones you like, and we take it from there.

Every form completed

We fill in portal questions, upload documents and handle verification steps for each application.

Proof of every application

Each submitted application is marked on your dashboard with a confirmation.

Applying in Canada

What a Canadian application involves, and who does which part

Canadian employers want a resume in Canadian format, a short cover letter for most professional roles, and a straight answer on whether you are legally able to work in Canada now. Many also ask for Canadian experience, which newcomers rarely have in the words employers expect.

For each role in Canada you approve we rewrite your experience in the terms Canadian employers use, state your work status accurately, and complete the employer's form, including the bilingual postings that ask for French.

Canadian-format resume

Two pages, no photo, results-led bullets, and your experience translated into Canadian job titles and terms.

Work status stated once

Permanent resident, work permit, PGWP or applying from abroad: told to us at onboarding and answered the same way on every form.

Province by province

Roles in the provinces you choose, with Quebec's French requirements respected.

What stays with you

Interviews, reference checks and any credential assessment. Invitations go to your own email address.

How it works

You approve. We apply. Every week.

Where we apply in Canada

Canada, place by place.

You choose the provinces and cities during onboarding and your weekly list follows them. Each place below has its own page on how we apply there.

Applying in Canada

What is different about Canada

If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a resume and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in Canada, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.

Canadian employers look for clear, concise resumes and value Canadian-style formatting, even from candidates abroad. Many also weigh Canadian experience heavily.

We rebuild your resume to Canadian conventions, source roles that match you across the provinces you choose, and submit the applications you approve.

Work rights and visas

  • Permanent residents and citizens can apply anywhere. Others may need a work permit, often employer-specific and sometimes requiring an LMIA.
  • Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs are the main routes to permanent residence, and a Canadian job offer can help.

Resume conventions in Canada

  • Called a resume, one to two pages.
  • No photo, age or marital status.
  • Focus on results and transferable skills; a credential assessment helps employers understand foreign degrees.

Where people apply

  • LinkedIn, Indeed Canada, Job Bank, Workopolis, company career pages

Hiring calendar

  • Hiring is strongest from January to May and September to November, with a quieter summer and December.

How we help in Canada

We match roles to your work authorisation so you only approve roles you can legally take.

Sectors we see hiring most: Healthcare, Technology, Engineering and construction, Finance, Skilled trades.

Who this is for

Want to change your career in Canada? Start here.

Changing career in Canada

Moving into a new field means reframing your experience for roles that ask for something different. We rewrite your resume around transferable skills for each role, so a career change reads as a strength, not a gap.

New to Canada and missing Canadian experience

Newcomers are often told they lack Canadian experience. We rebuild your resume in Canadian format and translate your experience into terms Canadian employers recognise.

Back on track after a layoff

Losing a role is hard enough without a hundred application forms. We restart your search the week you join, so applications keep going out while you focus on interviews.

Building your path to permanent residence

A Canadian job offer can strengthen your immigration options. We focus on employers and roles that fit your work authorisation.

Too busy to search properly

If you are working full time, a proper search does not fit into your evenings. You approve roles in a few minutes a week; we do the sourcing, tailoring and submitting.

Senior and searching quietly

For senior candidates we keep the search discreet, never apply to your current employer or any company you exclude, and focus on fewer, better-matched roles.

Questions

Before you start

Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.

I am new to Canada and have no Canadian experience. Does this work for me?

Yes. We present your experience in the terms Canadian employers recognise and focus on employers that hire newcomers. We do not invent Canadian experience you do not have.

Do you apply to French-language roles in Quebec?

Only if you work in French. Otherwise your list holds English-language roles in the provinces you choose.

How much time do I need to spend?

Usually a few minutes a week to approve roles, plus time for interviews when they come.

Do you apply to roles without asking me?

No. We only apply to roles you approve on your dashboard.

Do you write a Canadian-style resume?

Yes. We rebuild it in Canadian format, without photo or personal details, and tailor it to each role.

Can you find roles that support a work permit?

We prioritise employers and roles that fit your stated work authorisation. The permit process itself runs through your employer.

Do you cover the whole country?

Yes. You choose your provinces and cities during onboarding.

Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?

Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.

Ready to stop applying and start interviewing?

Upload your resume, set your targets in Canada, and approve your first weekly list.
