Own PBridge's entire marketing engine. You will be responsible for making PBridge the most recognized freelance brand in Nigeria — driving awareness, user acquisition, and retention through digital marketing, campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Sales Manager — Business Development
Full-Time
Remote — Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, or anywhere in Nigeria
Drive PBridge's revenue by bringing businesses onto the platform. You will be the face of PBridge to Nigerian SMEs, startups, and agencies — identifying prospects, building relationships, pitching solutions, and closing deals that bring paying clients to the marketplace.
Community & Partnerships Lead

Build PBridge's community from the ground up. You will create and nurture thriving communities of freelancers and businesses, establish partnerships with key organizations across Nigeria, and ensure that every user who joins PBridge feels supported, engaged, and connected.
Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Tell the PBridge story through compelling content. You will create and publish engaging posts, graphics, short-form videos, and written content that resonates with Nigerian freelancers and businesses — building trust, driving traffic, and growing our social media following.
Campus Ambassador

On-campus — any university or polytechnic in Nigeria
Represent PBridge on your campus. Help students discover freelance opportunities, introduce businesses to quality talent, and grow the PBridge community at your university. This is a flexible, performance-based role where active ambassadors earn ₦20,000–₦100,000+ per month.
Campus Ambassador Team Lead
⭐ LeadershipFull-Time Contract (12 Months, Renewable)
Remote + on-campus presence — assigned state/region in Nigeria
Lead and manage a team of 5–10 Campus Ambassadors in your state or region. This is a salaried contract role for proven ambassadors who have demonstrated consistent results and leadership ability. You will recruit, train, and set targets for your team while continuing to grow PBridge’s presence across campuses in your area.
