Application Operator

You submit applications on behalf of clients. Some are a two-field form; others run to forty questions with essay boxes. Careful work matters far more than fast work, because one wrong field can cost someone an interview they would have got.

A typical day

Work through the day's list of applications
Complete each form properly, start to finish
Save a screenshot of every confirmation
Record what you submitted before you finish
Flag anything a form asked that you could not answer

What you will do

Submit applications accurately and completely
Use the right CV for each role
Capture and upload proof of every submission
Keep clear records of what went out and when
Raise anything that looks wrong instead of guessing

What we look for

Around a year in data entry, admin, virtual assistance, or similar
Genuinely careful. This is the whole job.
Accurate typing and comfort with long web forms
Reliable internet and a consistent daily window
Good written English for short form answers

Nice to have

You have filled in job applications on someone else's behalf before
You notice when a form has quietly reset a field and you check before submitting
You keep your own records without being asked to

Pay and working arrangements

This role pays from $450 / month, set against your local market and discussed openly at interview. We will not ask what you earned before.

The role is fully remote and we hire worldwide. You agree a consistent weekday window that suits you. Reports to the Career Success Manager on each account.
