HR Specialist

You have sat on the hiring side of the desk, which is exactly why you are useful here. You rewrite CVs against specific roles, write cover letters that sound human, and help clients prepare when they reach interview. You also help us hire our own team.

A typical day

Take a CV and the role it is aimed at
Rewrite so the relevant experience stands out
Draft a cover letter in the client's own voice
Run an interview prep session with a client
Review applications for our own open roles

What you will do

Rewrite CVs against specific job descriptions
Write cover letters that sound like the client wrote them
Keep formatting clean and readable by hiring systems
Prepare clients for interviews, including harder questions
Help screen applications for PBridge's own hiring

What we look for

Around 3 years in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
You have screened CVs yourself and know what gets rejected in the first ten seconds
Excellent written English. A large part of this is writing.
You understand how keyword matching works in hiring systems, and its limits
A short writing sample when you apply

Nice to have

You have written CVs for people changing career or industry
You can explain a gap or a short tenure without making it sound defensive
CIPD, SHRM or an equivalent qualification

Pay and working arrangements

This role pays from $600 / month, set against your local market and discussed openly at interview. We will not ask what you earned before.

The role is fully remote and we hire worldwide. You agree a consistent weekday window that suits you. Reports to the Operations Lead.
