A typical day

Pull the week's numbers
Work out why something moved before reporting it
Update the reporting the team reads on Monday
Dig into a specific question someone raised
Write up anything that should change how we work

What you will do

Track what is working across clients and channels
Build and maintain the reporting the team uses weekly
Find where things lose momentum and say what to do
Flag clients who need attention before they ask
Turn findings into recommendations, not just dashboards

What we look for

Around 3 years in analytics, business intelligence, or data
Strong SQL and advanced spreadsheets
You explain findings plainly to people who do not work with data
You ask why a number moved before you report it
Comfortable working from messy real-world data with gaps in it

Nice to have

You have told someone their favourite metric was measuring the wrong thing
You have worked somewhere small enough that you built the reporting yourself
Python or R for the parts spreadsheets cannot handle

Pay and working arrangements

This role pays from $700 / month, set against your local market and discussed openly at interview. We will not ask what you earned before.

The role is fully remote and we hire worldwide. You agree a consistent weekday window that suits you. Reports to the founder.
