Career Success Manager

You look after a group of clients through their job search. You find roles that suit them, keep things moving week to week, and you are the person they hear from. When a search is not producing results, you notice it early and change the approach rather than waiting to be asked.

A typical day

  • Check overnight replies and flag anything that needs attention
  • Put together this week's shortlist for a few clients
  • Send it over and follow up on anything left hanging
  • Make sure nothing has stalled
  • Note anything that needs a decision from the wider team

What you will do

  • Find and shortlist roles that genuinely suit each client
  • Keep things moving so nothing sits idle
  • Answer client questions clearly, usually the same day
  • Change the approach when a search is not working
  • Keep the rest of the team informed on your clients

What we look for

  • Around 2 years in recruitment, customer success, or account management
  • Strong written English. Most of this job is writing to clients.
  • Organised enough to look after several clients at once
  • You can read a job description and judge fit honestly, including when the answer is no
  • Willing to tell a client something they may not want to hear

Nice to have

  • You have recruited into more than one market and know how CVs differ between them
  • You have run your own job search seriously and remember how it felt
  • You are comfortable with a client who is anxious or discouraged

Pay and working arrangements

This role pays from $500 / month, set against your local market and discussed openly at interview. We will not ask what you earned before.

The role is fully remote and we hire worldwide. You agree a consistent weekday window that suits you. Reports to the Operations Lead.
