You searched for “apply for jobs for me”

Your job search, handled while you get on with life

Searching and applying properly takes many hours every week. Most people with a full-time job, a family or a degree to finish do not have that time, so applications get rushed or skipped.

With PBridge you approve the roles and we do the applying in the United States. You spend a few minutes a week on your dashboard instead of your evenings on job portals.

A few minutes a week

Review your weekly role list, approve the ones you like, and we take it from there.

Every form completed

We fill in portal questions, upload documents and handle verification steps for each application.

Proof of every application

Each submitted application is marked on your dashboard with a confirmation.

US applications, form by form

What a US application involves, and who does which part

A US application is mostly portal work. Workday asks for a separate account for every employer. Most forms repeat your whole work history, add screening questions, and end with work authorization and voluntary self-identification pages.

We complete all of it for each role you approve, using the answers you gave at onboarding. Many postings now show a pay range, so you can decide on salary before you approve a role.

Employer accounts

Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse and Lever accounts created and kept in order for each employer.

Screening questions

Answered from your real experience. A role you would fail on a knockout question is not worth an application.

Work authorization

The authorization and sponsorship questions are answered exactly as you told us.

What stays with you

Assessments, recruiter calls and interviews. Invitations go to your own email address.

How it works

You approve. We apply. Every week.

How our apply for jobs for me works in the United States

Nothing is sent without your approval, and every application is tracked with proof. This is the difference between PBridge and auto-apply tools that fire your resume at everything.

Upload your resume and tell us your target roles, locations and salary. We rebuild your resume and send it to you to confirm.

  2. 02 · Approve your weekly list

At least 50 matched roles in the United States arrive on your dashboard each week. You approve the ones you want in a few minutes.

  3. 03 · We tailor and submit

For each approved role we tailor your resume and cover letter, complete the employer's application form and submit it in your name.

  4. 04 · You see the proof

Each submission is logged on your dashboard with a confirmation. Replies and interview requests reach you directly.

Where we apply in the United States

The United States, place by place.

You choose the states and cities during onboarding and your weekly list follows them. Each place below has its own page on how we apply there.

Applying in the United States

What is different about the US

If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a resume and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in the United States, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.

The US has the world's largest online job market, and the highest application volumes. Many roles close within days and most employers screen with applicant tracking systems before a person reads anything.

We source US roles that fit your background, tailor your resume to each, and submit the applications you approve, so your search runs every week without taking over your evenings.

Work rights and visas

  • Citizens, green card holders and others with work authorisation can apply anywhere.
  • Candidates abroad usually need an employer willing to sponsor an H-1B, which is lottery-based, or another employer-sponsored visa such as an O-1 or L-1.

Resume conventions in the United States

  • Called a resume, one to two pages.
  • No photo, age, nationality or marital status.
  • Results-led bullet points with numbers.
  • Many applications ask work-authorisation questions directly, so answer them accurately.

Where people apply

  • LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Workday and Greenhouse company portals

Hiring calendar

  • Hiring is strongest from January to April and September to early November. It slows around the July holidays and from mid-December.

How we help in the United States

We match roles to your work authorisation, so you only approve roles you can legally take, and we handle the long portal forms common with US employers.

Sectors we see hiring most: Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, Sales and marketing.

Who this is for

Want to change your career in the United States? Start here.

Changing career in the United States

Moving into a new field means reframing your experience for roles that ask for something different. We rewrite your resume around transferable skills for each role, so a career change reads as a strength, not a gap.

Competing in the largest job market in the world

US roles can draw hundreds of applicants in days. We apply soon after roles open, with a resume tailored to each posting's screening keywords.

Back on track after a layoff

Losing a role is hard enough without a hundred application forms. We restart your search the week you join, so applications keep going out while you focus on interviews.

Navigating work authorisation

We filter roles by the authorisation you have, and where you need sponsorship we prioritise employers known to sponsor.

Too busy to search properly

If you are working full time, a proper search does not fit into your evenings. You approve roles in a few minutes a week; we do the sourcing, tailoring and submitting.

Senior and searching quietly

For senior candidates we keep the search discreet, never apply to your current employer or any company you exclude, and focus on fewer, better-matched roles.

Questions

Before you start

Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.

Do you answer the work authorization questions for me?

Yes, exactly as you told us at onboarding. We never misstate your authorization or your need for sponsorship.

How are the voluntary self-identification questions answered?

They are optional. Tell us at onboarding how you want them answered and we follow that on every form.

How much time do I need to spend?

Usually a few minutes a week to approve roles, plus time for interviews when they come.

Do you apply to roles without asking me?

No. We only apply to roles you approve on your dashboard.

Do you apply to roles that need US work authorisation?

We filter by the authorisation you tell us you have. If you need sponsorship, we prioritise employers known to sponsor, but sponsorship is always the employer's decision.

Will you write a US-style resume?

Yes. One to two pages, no photo or personal details, and tailored to each posting.

Do you handle Workday and other portal applications?

Yes. We complete the full form for every role you approve, including screening questions.

Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?

Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.

Ready to stop applying and start interviewing?

Upload your resume, set your targets in the United States, and approve your first weekly list.
