Yes, exactly as you told us at onboarding. We never misstate your authorization or your need for sponsorship.

How are the voluntary self-identification questions answered?

They are optional. Tell us at onboarding how you want them answered and we follow that on every form.

How much time do I need to spend?

Usually a few minutes a week to approve roles, plus time for interviews when they come.

Do you apply to roles without asking me?

No. We only apply to roles you approve on your dashboard.

Do you only apply in Texas?

No. We cover Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and the rest of Texas, and you can add any other location in the United States or abroad to your targets at any time.
