What a reverse recruiter actually does
A traditional recruiter works for the employer and is paid to fill a role. A reverse recruiter works for you: the focus is finding roles that suit you, not filling one company's vacancy.
PBridge works on your side in the United States. We search across job boards and company career pages, tailor your resume for each role, and apply to the ones you approve. Employers hire you directly.
On your side
We are not paid by employers, so the only goal is roles that fit you.
Wider than one agency
We search across major job boards, applicant tracking systems and company career pages.
You stay in control
Nothing is sent without your approval.

Reverse recruiter and staffing firms
A reverse recruiter is not a staffing agency
In the US, staffing agencies and contingency recruiters are paid by the employer, usually when a placement is made. They work the openings they are hired to fill.
A reverse recruiter is hired by the candidate. With PBridge that means a fixed plan, a weekly list of roles matched to you, and applications sent only to the ones you approve. We take no share of your salary.
A fixed plan
You know the scope and the price before you start. No percentage of your first-year pay.
The whole market
Company career sites on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and iCIMS, as well as the major job boards.
Matched to your authorization
Roles you cannot legally take are left off your list.
How it works
You approve. We apply. Every week.
How our reverse recruiter works in the United States
Nothing is sent without your approval, and every application is tracked with proof. This is the difference between PBridge and auto-apply tools that fire your resume at everything.
01 · Onboard once
Upload your resume and tell us your target roles, locations and salary. We rebuild your resume and send it to you to confirm.
02 · Approve your weekly list
At least 50 matched roles in the United States arrive on your dashboard each week. You approve the ones you want in a few minutes.
03 · We tailor and submit
For each approved role we tailor your resume and cover letter, complete the employer's application form and submit it in your name.
04 · You see the proof
Each submission is logged on your dashboard with a confirmation. Replies and interview requests reach you directly.

Applying in the United States
What is different about the US
The US has the world's largest online job market, and the highest application volumes. Many roles close within days and most employers screen with applicant tracking systems before a person reads anything.
We source US roles that fit your background, tailor your resume to each, and submit the applications you approve, so your search runs every week without taking over your evenings.

Questions
Before you start
Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.
Is a reverse recruiter the same as a staffing agency?
No. A staffing agency is paid by employers to fill their openings. A reverse recruiter is hired by you and works across the whole market.
Do you take a percentage of my salary?
No. You pay for a fixed plan. We take nothing from your salary and no fee from employers.
How is this different from a recruitment agency?
Agencies work for employers and only put you forward for their own vacancies. We work for you across the whole market.
Do employers pay you?
No. We do not take fees from employers or a share of your salary.
Do you apply to roles that need US work authorisation?
We filter by the authorisation you tell us you have. If you need sponsorship, we prioritise employers known to sponsor, but sponsorship is always the employer's decision.
Will you write a US-style resume?
Yes. One to two pages, no photo or personal details, and tailored to each posting.
Do you handle Workday and other portal applications?
Yes. We complete the full form for every role you approve, including screening questions.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
