Finding employers that actually sponsor

Landing a role abroad starts with finding employers who sponsor work visas, then applying to enough of them, consistently, before the listings close.

For roles in the United States, we prioritise employers with a record of sponsoring international hires, tailor your resume to sponsorship-eligible roles, and apply to the ones you approve. Sponsorship is always the employer's decision; we do not issue visas or guarantee sponsorship.

Sponsor-aware sourcing

Roles from employers known to sponsor are prioritised and flagged.

Applied before they close

Sponsored roles fill fast, so fresh postings go to the top of your list.

Honest framing

We say clearly what we can and cannot influence.

US sponsorship, in practice

How US work visas shape which roles we send you

For an H-1B, the employer files the petition, and most employers are subject to an annual cap decided by lottery. Universities, nonprofit research organizations and some other employers are exempt from the cap and can file at any time of year.

Other routes depend on who you are: the O-1 for people with an exceptional record, the L-1 for transfers within a company, the TN for Canadian and Mexican professionals and the E-3 for Australians. Rules and fees change, so check uscis.gov for the current position.

Employers with a record

Past H-1B filings are public record. Employers that have sponsored before go to the top of your list.

Postings that rule it out

Roles that say they will not sponsor are left off your list.

Students on OPT

Tell us your OPT or STEM OPT dates and we look for employers that can take you now and sponsor later.

What we cannot do

We do not file petitions or give immigration advice. Sponsorship is the employer's decision.

How it works

You approve. We apply. Every week.

Where we apply in the United States

The United States, place by place.

You choose the states and cities during onboarding and your weekly list follows them. Each place below has its own page on how we apply there.

Applying in the United States

What is different about the US

If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a resume and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in the United States, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.

The US has the world's largest online job market, and the highest application volumes. Many roles close within days and most employers screen with applicant tracking systems before a person reads anything.

We source US roles that fit your background, tailor your resume to each, and submit the applications you approve, so your search runs every week without taking over your evenings.

Work rights and visas

  • Citizens, green card holders and others with work authorisation can apply anywhere.
  • Candidates abroad usually need an employer willing to sponsor an H-1B, which is lottery-based, or another employer-sponsored visa such as an O-1 or L-1.

Resume conventions in the United States

  • Called a resume, one to two pages.
  • No photo, age, nationality or marital status.
  • Results-led bullet points with numbers.
  • Many applications ask work-authorisation questions directly, so answer them accurately.

Where people apply

  • LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Workday and Greenhouse company portals

Hiring calendar

  • Hiring is strongest from January to April and September to early November. It slows around the July holidays and from mid-December.

How we help in the United States

We match roles to your work authorisation, so you only approve roles you can legally take, and we handle the long portal forms common with US employers.

Sectors we see hiring most: Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, Sales and marketing.

Sponsorship route

H-1B, O-1, and employer-sponsored work visas

US sponsorship is competitive and often lottery-based for H-1B — applying early and widely to genuine sponsoring employers is essential.

Sponsorship is always the employer's decision. We do not issue visas or guarantee sponsorship.

Questions

Before you start

Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.

Can you get me an H-1B visa?

No. Only an employer can file the petition. We put your applications in front of employers that have sponsored before.

Do you apply to US roles that say no sponsorship?

Not if you need sponsorship. Those roles are left off your weekly list.

Can you guarantee sponsorship?

No. Sponsorship is the employer's decision. We improve your odds by targeting genuine sponsoring employers and applying consistently.

Do you apply to roles that need US work authorisation?

We filter by the authorisation you tell us you have. If you need sponsorship, we prioritise employers known to sponsor, but sponsorship is always the employer's decision.

Will you write a US-style resume?

Yes. One to two pages, no photo or personal details, and tailored to each posting.

Do you handle Workday and other portal applications?

Yes. We complete the full form for every role you approve, including screening questions.

Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?

Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.

Ready to stop applying and start interviewing?

Upload your resume, set your targets in the United States, and approve your first weekly list.
