We apply for jobs for you in Germany

- A human team, not a bot
- You approve every role
- Proof of every application

You searched for “apply for jobs for me”
Your job search, handled while you get on with life
Searching and applying properly takes many hours every week. Most people with a full-time job, a family or a degree to finish do not have that time, so applications get rushed or skipped.
With PBridge you approve the roles and we do the applying in Germany. You spend a few minutes a week on your dashboard instead of your evenings on job portals.
A few minutes a week
Review your weekly role list, approve the ones you like, and we take it from there.
Every form completed
We fill in portal questions, upload documents and handle verification steps for each application.
Proof of every application
Each submitted application is marked on your dashboard with a confirmation.

Applying in Germany
What an application in Germany involves, and who does which part
Employers in Germany hire in two markets at once: roles advertised in English, mostly at international companies, and roles that expect German. The first thing we settle at onboarding is which of those you can work in, so no application goes to a role you could not do from day one.
After that, each role you approve gets a CV in the format employers in Germany expect, a cover letter where one is asked for, and a complete submission through the employer's own portal or email address.
Language set once
Tell us which languages you work in. Roles that require German only reach your list if you speak it.
Local CV format
Length, photo, dates and structure follow what employers in Germany expect, not a UK or US template.
Portals and email
Many employers in Germany still take applications by email or through their own site. We handle both.
What stays with you
Interviews, tests and any document legalisation. Invitations go to your own email address.
How it works
You approve. We apply. Every week.
How our apply for jobs for me works in Germany
Nothing is sent without your approval, and every application is tracked with proof. This is the difference between PBridge and auto-apply tools that fire your CV at everything.
01 · Onboard once
Upload your CV and tell us your target roles, locations and salary. We rebuild your CV and send it to you to confirm.
02 · Approve your weekly list
At least 50 matched roles in Germany arrive on your dashboard each week. You approve the ones you want in a few minutes.
03 · We tailor and submit
For each approved role we tailor your CV and cover letter, complete the employer's application form and submit it in your name.
04 · You see the proof
Each submission is logged on your dashboard with a confirmation. Replies and interview requests reach you directly.

What is different about Germany
If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a CV and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in Germany, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.
Germany has a large shortage of skilled workers in engineering, IT and healthcare, and a formal application culture. A complete, well-structured application matters more here than almost anywhere else.
We prepare your CV in the format German employers expect, tailor an Anschreiben (cover letter) to each role, and submit the applications you approve.
Work rights and visas
- The EU Blue Card is the main route for university graduates with a qualifying job offer.
- The Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) lets some candidates come to Germany to look for work.
- Recognition of foreign qualifications matters for regulated professions such as nursing and medicine.
CV conventions in Germany
- Tabular CV (Lebenslauf), usually one to two pages.
- A professional photo is still common but optional.
- A tailored cover letter (Anschreiben) is expected for most roles.
- Certificates and references are often requested with the application.
Where people apply
- StepStone, LinkedIn, XING, Indeed Germany, Bundesagentur für Arbeit Jobbörse, company career pages
Hiring calendar
- Hiring is active from January to May and September to November, with slower periods in August and late December. German processes can take several weeks.
How we help in Germany
We note which roles need German language skills and which run in English, so your weekly list matches your actual language level.

Who this is for
Want to change your career in Germany? Start here.
Changing career in Germany
Moving into a new field means reframing your experience for roles that ask for something different. We rewrite your CV around transferable skills for each role, so a career change reads as a strength, not a gap.
Relocating to Germany
Moving countries means learning new CV conventions, job sites and hiring timelines. We apply the local format for each role and focus on employers that hire international candidates.
Back on track after a layoff
Losing a role is hard enough without a hundred application forms. We restart your search the week you join, so applications keep going out while you focus on interviews.
Working in English while you learn the language
Many international employers hire in English. We filter roles by the languages you actually work in, so you only approve roles you can do from day one.
Too busy to search properly
If you are working full time, a proper search does not fit into your evenings. You approve roles in a few minutes a week; we do the sourcing, tailoring and submitting.
Senior and searching quietly
For senior candidates we keep the search discreet, never apply to your current employer or any company you exclude, and focus on fewer, better-matched roles.
Questions
Before you start
Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.
Do I need to speak German to use this in Germany?
No. We filter roles by the languages you tell us you work in. If you only work in English, only English-speaking roles reach your weekly list.
Can you apply to jobs in Germany while I am still abroad?
Yes. We state your location and availability accurately and, if you need a permit, concentrate on employers that have hired from abroad before.
How much time do I need to spend?
Usually a few minutes a week to approve roles, plus time for interviews when they come.
Do you apply to roles without asking me?
No. We only apply to roles you approve on your dashboard.
Do I need to speak German?
Not always. Many tech and international roles run in English. We filter your list by the language level you give us.
Will you write a German-style cover letter?
Yes. Each application gets an Anschreiben tailored to the role, in German or English depending on the posting.
Should my CV include a photo?
It is optional in Germany. We follow your preference and what is normal for the roles you target.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
