Finding employers that actually sponsor
Landing a role abroad starts with finding employers who sponsor work visas, then applying to enough of them, consistently, before the listings close.
For roles in Germany, we prioritise employers with a record of sponsoring international hires, tailor your CV to sponsorship-eligible roles, and apply to the ones you approve. Sponsorship is always the employer's decision; we do not issue visas or guarantee sponsorship.
Sponsor-aware sourcing
Roles from employers known to sponsor are prioritised and flagged.
Applied before they close
Sponsored roles fill fast, so fresh postings go to the top of your list.
Honest framing
We say clearly what we can and cannot influence.

Working in Germany from abroad
How work permits shape which roles in Germany we send you
EU and EEA citizens, and Swiss citizens, can work in Germany without a permit. Most other candidates need a residence permit for skilled workers or an EU Blue Card, applied for after a job offer. In every case the employer has to take part, so the question is which employers in Germany are willing to.
Being willing is a matter of record: employers that have hired from abroad before say so in their adverts, in their careers pages and in how they answer. Rules, salary thresholds and processing times change, so check the official immigration site in Germany before relying on a figure.
Employers that hire from abroad
Roles from employers in Germany that have taken on international hires go to the top of your list.
Adverts that rule it out
Roles that ask for an existing right to work are left off your list.
Your status stated clearly
Each application says where you are, what permission you have and when you could start.
What we cannot do
We do not apply for permits or give immigration advice. The permit depends on the employer, the role and your own circumstances.
How it works
You approve. We apply. Every week.

Applying in Germany
What is different about Germany
If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a CV and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in Germany, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.
Germany has a large shortage of skilled workers in engineering, IT and healthcare, and a formal application culture. A complete, well-structured application matters more here than almost anywhere else.
We prepare your CV in the format German employers expect, tailor an Anschreiben (cover letter) to each role, and submit the applications you approve.
Work rights and visas
- The EU Blue Card is the main route for university graduates with a qualifying job offer.
- The Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) lets some candidates come to Germany to look for work.
- Recognition of foreign qualifications matters for regulated professions such as nursing and medicine.
CV conventions in Germany
- Tabular CV (Lebenslauf), usually one to two pages.
- A professional photo is still common but optional.
- A tailored cover letter (Anschreiben) is expected for most roles.
- Certificates and references are often requested with the application.
Where people apply
- StepStone, LinkedIn, XING, Indeed Germany, Bundesagentur für Arbeit Jobbörse, company career pages
Hiring calendar
- Hiring is active from January to May and September to November, with slower periods in August and late December. German processes can take several weeks.
How we help in Germany
We note which roles need German language skills and which run in English, so your weekly list matches your actual language level.
Sectors we see hiring most: Engineering and manufacturing, IT and software, Healthcare and nursing, Automotive, Logistics.
Sponsorship route
EU Blue Card and the Skilled Worker / Opportunity Card routes
Germany actively recruits skilled internationals, especially in tech and engineering — many roles are open to Blue Card candidates.
Sponsorship is always the employer's decision. We do not issue visas or guarantee sponsorship.
Questions
Before you start
Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.
Can you get me a work permit for Germany?
No. The employer applies for or supports the permit, and the authorities decide. We put your applications in front of employers in Germany that have hired from abroad before.
Do you apply to roles in Germany that require an existing right to work?
Not if you need a permit. Those roles are left off your weekly list.
Can you guarantee sponsorship?
No. Sponsorship is the employer's decision. We improve your odds by targeting genuine sponsoring employers and applying consistently.
Do I need to speak German?
Not always. Many tech and international roles run in English. We filter your list by the language level you give us.
Will you write a German-style cover letter?
Yes. Each application gets an Anschreiben tailored to the role, in German or English depending on the posting.
Should my CV include a photo?
It is optional in Germany. We follow your preference and what is normal for the roles you target.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
