Finding employers that actually sponsor

Landing a role abroad starts with finding employers who sponsor work visas, then applying to enough of them, consistently, before the listings close.

For roles in France, we prioritise employers with a record of sponsoring international hires, tailor your CV to sponsorship-eligible roles, and apply to the ones you approve. Sponsorship is always the employer's decision; we do not issue visas or guarantee sponsorship.

Sponsor-aware sourcing

Roles from employers known to sponsor are prioritised and flagged.

Applied before they close

Sponsored roles fill fast, so fresh postings go to the top of your list.

Honest framing

We say clearly what we can and cannot influence.

Working in France from abroad

How work permits shape which roles in France we send you

EU and EEA citizens, and Swiss citizens, can work in France without a permit. Most other candidates need a Talent Passport or a salaried worker permit, applied for by the employer after the offer. In every case the employer has to take part, so the question is which employers in France are willing to.

Being willing is a matter of record: employers that have hired from abroad before say so in their adverts, in their careers pages and in how they answer. Rules, salary thresholds and processing times change, so check the official immigration site in France before relying on a figure.

Employers that hire from abroad

Roles from employers in France that have taken on international hires go to the top of your list.

Adverts that rule it out

Roles that ask for an existing right to work are left off your list.

Your status stated clearly

Each application says where you are, what permission you have and when you could start.

What we cannot do

We do not apply for permits or give immigration advice. The permit depends on the employer, the role and your own circumstances.

How it works

You approve. We apply. Every week.

What is different about France

If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a CV and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in France, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.

France has a large professional job market centred on Paris, with growing tech, luxury, aerospace and energy sectors. Most roles expect French, but international firms increasingly hire in English.

We tailor your CV and lettre de motivation to each role and submit the applications you approve.

What to know before you apply in France

  • Since June 2025 the former Passeport Talent is called the Talent permit, with categories such as Talent salarié qualifié and Talent carte bleue européenne, valid for up to four years.
  • French is the working language in most roles; English-language roles are concentrated in Paris tech, finance and multinationals.
  • APEC lists roles for managers and graduates (cadres), and France Travail is the public employment service.

Questions

Before you start

Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.

Can you get me a work permit for France?

No. The employer applies for or supports the permit, and the authorities decide. We put your applications in front of employers in France that have hired from abroad before.

Do you apply to roles in France that require an existing right to work?

Not if you need a permit. Those roles are left off your weekly list.

Can you guarantee sponsorship?

No. Sponsorship is the employer's decision. We improve your odds by targeting genuine sponsoring employers and applying consistently.

Do I need to speak French?

For most roles, yes. Tech and international companies offer more English-speaking roles, and we filter by your language level.

Will you write the lettre de motivation?

Yes, tailored to each role and in the language of the job posting.

Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?

Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
