You searched for “apply for jobs for me”

Your job search, handled while you get on with life

Searching and applying properly takes many hours every week. Most people with a full-time job, a family or a degree to finish do not have that time, so applications get rushed or skipped.

With PBridge you approve the roles and we do the applying in Switzerland. You spend a few minutes a week on your dashboard instead of your evenings on job portals.

A few minutes a week

Review your weekly role list, approve the ones you like, and we take it from there.

Every form completed

We fill in portal questions, upload documents and handle verification steps for each application.

Proof of every application

Each submitted application is marked on your dashboard with a confirmation.

Applying in Switzerland

What an application in Switzerland involves, and who does which part

Employers in Switzerland hire in two markets at once: roles advertised in English, mostly at international companies, and roles that expect German, French or Italian. The first thing we settle at onboarding is which of those you can work in, so no application goes to a role you could not do from day one.

After that, each role you approve gets a CV in the format employers in Switzerland expect, a cover letter where one is asked for, and a complete submission through the employer's own portal or email address.

Language set once

Tell us which languages you work in. Roles that require German, French or Italian only reach your list if you speak it.

Local CV format

Length, photo, dates and structure follow what employers in Switzerland expect, not a UK or US template.

Portals and email

Many employers in Switzerland still take applications by email or through their own site. We handle both.

What stays with you

Interviews, tests and any document legalisation. Invitations go to your own email address.

How it works

You approve. We apply. Every week.

Applying in Switzerland

What is different about Switzerland

If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a CV and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in Switzerland, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.

Switzerland offers some of Europe's strongest salaries, but employers expect complete, polished applications and often hire in the local language.

We prepare your application in the Swiss format, including a professional photo where expected, and submit the roles you approve each week.

Work rights and visas

  • EU and EFTA citizens have relatively straightforward access to work permits.
  • Non-EU hiring is limited by quotas and employers must show they could not find a suitable Swiss or EU candidate, so these roles are usually senior or specialised.

CV conventions in Switzerland

  • Two-page CV, with a professional photo commonly included.
  • A full application dossier often includes references and diplomas.
  • Language matters: German in Zurich and Basel, French in Geneva and Lausanne.

Where people apply

  • jobs.ch, jobup.ch, LinkedIn, JobScout24, company career pages

Hiring calendar

  • Hiring is steady through the year with quieter periods in July, August and late December. Processes are thorough and can take several rounds.

How we help in Switzerland

We match your list to the language regions you can work in and build the full Swiss-style dossier for each application.

Sectors we see hiring most: Pharmaceuticals, Banking and finance, Technology, Engineering, Commodities and trading.

Who this is for

Want to change your career in Switzerland? Start here.

Changing career in Switzerland

Moving into a new field means reframing your experience for roles that ask for something different. We rewrite your CV around transferable skills for each role, so a career change reads as a strength, not a gap.

Relocating to Switzerland

Moving countries means learning new CV conventions, job sites and hiring timelines. We apply the local format for each role and focus on employers that hire international candidates.

Back on track after a layoff

Losing a role is hard enough without a hundred application forms. We restart your search the week you join, so applications keep going out while you focus on interviews.

Working in English while you learn the language

Many international employers hire in English. We filter roles by the languages you actually work in, so you only approve roles you can do from day one.

Too busy to search properly

If you are working full time, a proper search does not fit into your evenings. You approve roles in a few minutes a week; we do the sourcing, tailoring and submitting.

Senior and searching quietly

For senior candidates we keep the search discreet, never apply to your current employer or any company you exclude, and focus on fewer, better-matched roles.

Questions

Before you start

Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.

Do I need to speak German, French or Italian to use this in Switzerland?

No. We filter roles by the languages you tell us you work in. If you only work in English, only English-speaking roles reach your weekly list.

Can you apply to jobs in Switzerland while I am still abroad?

Yes. We state your location and availability accurately and, if you need a permit, concentrate on employers that have hired from abroad before.

How much time do I need to spend?

Usually a few minutes a week to approve roles, plus time for interviews when they come.

Do you apply to roles without asking me?

No. We only apply to roles you approve on your dashboard.

Is a photo really expected?

Often, yes. A professional photo is common on Swiss CVs and we include one if you provide it.

Can non-EU candidates get hired?

Yes, but quotas apply, so it is most realistic for specialised or senior roles. We focus your list accordingly.

Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?

Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.

Ready to stop applying and start interviewing?

Upload your CV, set your targets in Switzerland, and approve your first weekly list.
