1. The Parties & the Service
This Agreement is between you (the "Client") and PBridge ("PBridge", "we", "us"). It governs the Career Accelerator and Apply Assist services (the "Service"), in which our Career Success Team reviews your background, optimizes your CV, identifies relevant roles, and submits tailored job applications on your behalf, with a tracking report of submissions. The specific deliverables and volume depend on the package you purchase.
2. What the Service Includes
Depending on your chosen package, the Service may include: CV review and optimization; identification of roles matched to your target roles, countries, and job types; preparation and submission of tailored applications (including cover letters and online forms) on your behalf; and a tracking report listing each submission and its status. The number of applications and the delivery period are those stated for your package at the time of purchase.
3. Our Commitment & Interviews
Our entire focus is getting you to the interview stage. We optimize your CV, target the roles where you have a genuine edge, and submit strong, tailored applications designed to get you in front of hiring managers. We will do everything within our service to maximize your chances of being interviewed. At the same time, we are honest with you: the final decision to interview or hire always rests with the employer and is outside our control. We therefore commit to the quality and effort of the work — not to a specific number of interviews, offers, salaries, visa sponsorship, or relocation outcomes, which depend on employers and your own performance.
4. Fees & Payment
All packages are one-time payments at the price displayed at checkout, in your local currency where shown. Payment is made via our payment partners (card) or by verified bank transfer. Your slot is reserved and work begins once payment is received and confirmed. Prices may change over time, but the price you pay is the price shown at the moment of your purchase.
5. Refund Policy
Because the Service is a professional, labour-based service that we begin delivering promptly after purchase, fees are non-refundable once work has begun. You are paying for our team's work, time, and expertise — the research, CV optimization, and tailored applications we carry out on your behalf — which we deliver regardless of whether any employer responds, interviews, or hires you. We do not refund based on hiring outcomes or the number of interviews received, as those decisions rest with employers.
The one exception: if we fail to submit any applications on your behalf — that is, no applications appear in your tracking report — and this is due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee for that package. Where we have submitted some but not all of the agreed applications, we will first complete the remaining work or extend the service period; if we are unable to do so for reasons within our control, we will refund the portion of the fee corresponding to the applications not submitted. Your tracking report is the record used to determine what was delivered.
6. Your Responsibilities
To deliver the Service effectively, we rely on you to: provide accurate, complete, and current information (including your CV, work history, and contact details); respond promptly to our requests for information or clarification; supply any account access or details reasonably required to submit applications; and attend, prepare for, and respond to any interviews or employer communications yourself. Delays or inaccuracies on your side may affect delivery, and we are not responsible for results lost due to incomplete or inaccurate information.
7. Authorization to Apply on Your Behalf
By purchasing the Service, you authorize PBridge to submit job applications, create necessary application accounts, and represent the information you have provided to prospective employers on your behalf. You confirm that all information you give us is true and that you have the right to seek the roles you target. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your own credentials and for honouring any commitments you make to employers.
8. Data & Confidentiality
We handle your personal information and documents in line with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to deliver the Service and do not sell it. You may request deletion of your data after the Service concludes, subject to records we are required to retain.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBridge's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities, lost income, or decisions made by employers. The Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
10. Termination
We may decline or discontinue the Service if you provide false information, behave abusively, or ask us to act unlawfully or dishonestly (for example, misrepresenting your qualifications). Where we discontinue for these reasons, fees already paid remain non-refundable as set out in Section 5.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement will first be handled in good faith between you and PBridge. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement removes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
