Finding employers that actually sponsor
Landing a role abroad starts with finding employers who sponsor work visas, then applying to enough of them, consistently, before the listings close.
For roles in the Netherlands, we prioritise employers with a record of sponsoring international hires, tailor your CV to sponsorship-eligible roles, and apply to the ones you approve. Sponsorship is always the employer's decision; we do not issue visas or guarantee sponsorship.
Sponsor-aware sourcing
Roles from employers known to sponsor are prioritised and flagged.
Applied before they close
Sponsored roles fill fast, so fresh postings go to the top of your list.
Honest framing
We say clearly what we can and cannot influence.

Working in the Netherlands from abroad
How work permits shape which roles in the Netherlands we send you
EU and EEA citizens, and Swiss citizens, can work in the Netherlands without a permit. Most other candidates need a highly skilled migrant permit, which only employers recognised as sponsors by the IND can arrange. In every case the employer has to take part, so the question is which employers in the Netherlands are willing to.
Being willing is a matter of record: employers that have hired from abroad before say so in their adverts, in their careers pages and in how they answer. Rules, salary thresholds and processing times change, so check the official immigration site in the Netherlands before relying on a figure.
Employers that hire from abroad
Roles from employers in the Netherlands that have taken on international hires go to the top of your list.
Adverts that rule it out
Roles that ask for an existing right to work are left off your list.
Your status stated clearly
Each application says where you are, what permission you have and when you could start.
What we cannot do
We do not apply for permits or give immigration advice. The permit depends on the employer, the role and your own circumstances.
How it works
You approve. We apply. Every week.

Applying in the Netherlands
What is different about the Netherlands
If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a CV and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in the Netherlands, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.
The Netherlands has one of Europe's most international job markets, and many companies in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Eindhoven work in English.
We source Dutch roles that fit your profile, tailor your CV to each one, and submit the applications you approve.
What to know before you apply in the Netherlands
- Non-EU candidates usually need an employer on the IND public register of recognised sponsors. For 2026 the highly skilled migrant salary minimum is EUR 5,942 a month gross at 30 or over and EUR 4,357 under 30, before holiday allowance.
- Dutch employers expect a CV of no more than two pages and a short motivation letter; certificates are brought to the interview, not attached.
- A large share of Dutch vacancies are filled through networks, so we pair applications with direct approaches where the employer allows it.
Large employers in the Netherlands
Work rights and visas
- Non-EU candidates usually come through the highly skilled migrant scheme, which requires an employer recognised as a sponsor by the IND.
- The EU Blue Card is an alternative route for graduates.
CV conventions in the Netherlands
- One to two pages, direct and factual.
- Photo optional.
- A short motivation letter is common.
Where people apply
- werk.nl (UWV), Nationale Vacaturebank, Intermediair, LinkedIn, Indeed Netherlands, company career pages

Questions
Before you start
Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.
Can you get me a work permit for Netherlands?
No. The employer applies for or supports the permit, and the authorities decide. We put your applications in front of employers in the Netherlands that have hired from abroad before.
Do you apply to roles in the Netherlands that require an existing right to work?
Not if you need a permit. Those roles are left off your weekly list.
Can you guarantee sponsorship?
No. Sponsorship is the employer's decision. We improve your odds by targeting genuine sponsoring employers and applying consistently.
Can you target only English-speaking roles?
Yes. We filter out roles that require Dutch unless you tell us you speak it.
Do you check whether an employer can sponsor?
We prioritise employers on the IND register of recognised sponsors when you need a permit.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
