Can I use a reverse recruiter and recruitment agencies in the Netherlands at the same time?
Yes. Tell us which agencies and employers already hold your CV so the same role is not applied to twice.
Do you cover roles that are only advertised in Dutch?
Only if you work in Dutch. Otherwise your list is built from roles advertised for English speakers.
How is this different from a recruitment agency?
Agencies work for employers and only put you forward for their own vacancies. We work for you across the whole market.
Do employers pay you?
No. We do not take fees from employers or a share of your salary.
Can you target only English-speaking roles?
Yes. We filter out roles that require Dutch unless you tell us you speak it.
Do you check whether an employer can sponsor?
We prioritise employers on the IND register of recognised sponsors when you need a permit.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
