Will my current employer find out I am looking?

We never apply to your current employer or any company you exclude, and applications go only to roles you approve.

What level of role do you treat as executive in the US?

Director, senior director, VP and C-level roles. Tell us the level you are targeting at onboarding.

Can I exclude certain companies?

Yes. Add exclusions during onboarding and we will never apply to them.

Do you handle executive search firms?

We apply to advertised senior roles and company portals. Retained search firms run their own processes, which we can help you prepare for.

Do you apply to roles that need US work authorisation?

We filter by the authorisation you tell us you have. If you need sponsorship, we prioritise employers known to sponsor, but sponsorship is always the employer's decision.

Will you write a US-style resume?

Yes. One to two pages, no photo or personal details, and tailored to each posting.

Do you handle Workday and other portal applications?

Yes. We complete the full form for every role you approve, including screening questions.

Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?

Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
