We complete all of it for each role you approve, using the answers you gave at onboarding. Many postings now show a pay range, so you can decide on salary before you approve a role.

Yes, exactly as you told us at onboarding. We never misstate your authorization or your need for sponsorship.
How are the voluntary self-identification questions answered?
They are optional. Tell us at onboarding how you want them answered and we follow that on every form.
How much time do I need to spend?
Usually a few minutes a week to approve roles, plus time for interviews when they come.
Do you apply to roles without asking me?
No. We only apply to roles you approve on your dashboard.
Do you only apply in Illinois?
No. We cover Chicago, Naperville, Schaumburg and the rest of Illinois, and you can add any other location in the United States or abroad to your targets at any time.
Do you apply to roles that need US work authorisation?
