What a US application involves, and who does which part
A US application is mostly portal work. Workday asks for a separate account for every employer. Most forms repeat your whole work history, add screening questions, and end with work authorization and voluntary self-identification pages.
We complete all of it for each role you approve, using the answers you gave at onboarding. Many postings now show a pay range, so you can decide on salary before you approve a role.

Do you answer the work authorization questions for me?
Yes, exactly as you told us at onboarding. We never misstate your authorization or your need for sponsorship.
How are the voluntary self-identification questions answered?
They are optional. Tell us at onboarding how you want them answered and we follow that on every form.
How much time do I need to spend?
Usually a few minutes a week to approve roles, plus time for interviews when they come.
Do you apply to roles without asking me?
No. We only apply to roles you approve on your dashboard.
Do you only apply in California?
No. We cover San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego and the rest of California, and you can add any other location in the United States or abroad to your targets at any time.
Do you apply to roles that need US work authorisation?
We filter by the authorisation you tell us you have. If you need sponsorship, we prioritise employers known to sponsor, but sponsorship is always the employer's decision.
Will you write a US-style resume?
Yes. One to two pages, no photo or personal details, and tailored to each posting.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
