In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in designing, building, and scale AI and automation solutions that eliminate manual work, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency across enterprise processes, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
AI & Automation Solution Delivery
• Design and implement automation solutions (RPA, workflow automation, low-code platforms)
• Develop AI use cases (agent assist, copilots, QA automation, document intelligence)
• Build prototypes and production-ready automation solutions
Opportunity Identification
• Identify automation and AI opportunities across business processes
• Conduct feasibility assessments and ROI analysis
• Prioritize automation pipeline in collaboration with business teams
Process & Solution Design
• Collaborate with Process Excellence teams to redesign processes for automation
• Ensure automation readiness of workflows
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Deployment & Lifecycle Management
• Deploy and maintain automation solutions
• Monitor performance, stability, and adoption
• Continuously optimize existing automation assets
Governance & Responsible AI
• Ensure compliance with AI governance standards
• Apply responsible AI principles
• Manage risk and ethical considerations of AI solutions
What you’ll bring
• Experience identifying, designing, and implementing automation and AI solutions to improve business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills.
• Good understanding of process mapping, process redesign, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation and AI solutions.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Intelligent Automation, AI, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
