We are looking for a motivated and driven Technical Operations Manager who will own the operational relationship with our API partners and lead the cross-functional projects that take our platform to the next level. You will have a direct influence on our success and the way we scale our business globally.
You will be part of a self-organized, cross-functional Platform Business Team, focusing on 3 rd party supply. This role builds on the same foundation as the rest of our Tech Operations team – integrating and maintaining partner inventory – and extends it toward B2B partner management and project delivery: being the operational counterpart our partners and country organizations rely on, and driving the initiatives that improve how we onboard and operate at scale. Your work directly contributes to the future of mobility.
About the Role
• Own partner integration and inventory. You own the end-to-end process of onboarding third-party carriers onto our platform and keeping their inventory healthy across all integration models (self-service, manual, hybrid, and API integrations), contributing directly to our revenue and inventory growth.
• Handle B2B partners. You are the operational point of contact for our partners, guiding them through integration, resolving technical and operational issues, and building the trust that keeps inventory live and growing.
• Lead cross-functional projects. You drive operational projects end to end by scoping, aligning stakeholders, and delivering – to improve onboarding, integration quality, and the partner and customer experience.
• Support our country organizations. You build strong relationships with Business Development Managers across our country organizations, understand their and their partners' needs, and translate them into operational solutions.
• Be an expert user of our internal tools. You work closely with our Engineer to enable new business opportunities, resolve technical issues, and improve the customer experience.
About You
• Holds a degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, account management, process improvement, or a comparable B2B-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders and delivering projects that involve multiple teams.
• Comfortable in a technical environment – you understand API integrations and data, and can translate between partners and Tech.
• You can set your own goals, structure your work to meet them, and find creative workarounds to meet stakeholder needs.
• You are a thorough and detail-oriented person who strives to make data-based decisions.
• You love an international environment and are a team player.
