We're looking for a Systems Engineer who's passionate about modern enterprise platforms, automation, identity management, and AI-enabled operational tooling. In this role, you'll lead complex technical projects, build scalable integrations, and help evolve the systems that power employee productivity and business operations across Braze.
You'll own projects from idea to delivery, automate wherever possible, and partner across Security, Engineering, People, Finance, and IT to ensure our platforms remain secure, reliable, efficient, and user-friendly. You'll have the opportunity to shape how enterprise systems, identity, automation, and emerging AI capabilities come together to create exceptional employee experiences.

What you’ll work on
You’ll own and drive projects that define the next generation of IT at Braze, including:
• Identity & Access Management:
• Design and enhance automated provisioning, deprovisioning, access governance, and lifecycle management workflows using Okta, SCIM, APIs, and workflow automation tools. Improve security, reduce manual effort, and strengthen audit readiness across the organization.
• Enterprise Platforms & Collaboration Tools:
• Design, administer, and improve critical business platforms including Google Workspace,
