Stillingen er pÃ¥ director-niveau og indgÃ¥r i management teamet for Saint-Gobain Denmark med reference til CEO Mick Schou Rasmussen.</p><p>Du leder en organisation pÃ¥ 16 medarbejdere bestÃ¥ende af teamledere, specialister og konsulenter. Responsibilities

  • Lead an organization of 16 employees consisting of team leaders, specialists and consultants
  • Take overall responsibility for sales and technical application of Saint-Gobain solutions to the professional building and project market in Denmark
  • Set clear commercial direction and lead through other leaders while staying close to the market
  • Play a central role in realizing Saint-Gobain's Lead & Grow growth strategy
  • Work within global group frameworks including clear strategies, roadmaps, reporting, EHS and safety agendas

Requirements

  • Director-level leadership experience
  • Clear, engaging and pragmatic leadership style with focus on creating direction, structure and results through others
  • Understanding of integrity and Saint-Gobain's values as foundation for leadership and collaboration
